Right of withdrawal
All products sold through internet site www.ISMYstyle.com are subject to Legislative Decree No. 185 of 5/22/1999 concerning the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts. This Decree provides for the possibility, on the part of the buyer, to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The Withdrawal is recognized the consumer, i.e. individuals who purchase personal assets for business purposes and not for purchase and resale. They are therefore excluded from the right to object, purchases made by retailers from e/o companies.
This right is valid if the packaging has not been opened or used by the consumer.
The consumer may, without any reason, return products purchased at ISMY s.r.l. within 14 working days from receipt of goods. The surrender shall be considered ex Office.
The consumer will be refunded, excluding any shipping or handling charges. We highlight that the transport costs are borne by the buyer.
How to perform the return procedure:
Within the term indicated above (14 days) from the date of delivery of the goods, the buyer must send written notice and signed in which indicates the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, by registered letter A/R to the S.r.l., Via ISMY Lino Zanussi 3-33170 ñ Pordenone, Italy,. The notice must state the tax number, and date of purchase with a copy of the invoice.
Within 48 hours of receipt of the registered letter ISMY S.r.l. will send via e-mail a “return Validation”, with which you can proceed with the return of the material. The document of approval made (validation), must be attached to the shipment.
The shipment is to be delivered by courier to the following address: ISMY S.r.l., Viale Lino Zanussi 3-33170 ñ Pordenone, Italy,. The products must be packed in such a way as to ensure the integrity of the original packaging and the product itself; the merchandise that does not follow the above directions, may be rejected.
In term of up to 15 working days from receipt of the products, ISMY S.r.l. will carry out credit to the customer for the amount indicated in the purchase receipt copy surviving, subtracted from any costs (as shown above).
