Delivery times vary according to the item availability and the shipping options chosen by the consumer. Delivery times are merely approximate and in no way binding upon ISmy.
Choosing the courier service, delivery times vary between 3 and 6 working days after the date of the order, according to items availability.
Attention: delivery times are calculated for orders received by ISmy by 12.00 a.m. of any working day (Monday-Friday). Weekends are not considered transport days.
When receiving the goods, the costumer must check:
- that the number of items corresponds to what written in the transport document;
- that the packing is complete and not altered.In case of tampering and/or damages, the costumer must contest immediately the shipment and/or the delivery, adding the notice «GOODS RECEIVED UNCHECKED» on the courier’s proof of delivery form.After that, the costumer can report possible damages within 7 working days after the delivery date of the goods. If the costumer fails to collect within 5 working days the ordered goods kept in stock at the courier and/or the Society’s stores due to the repeated impossibility of delivery at the address indicated by the consumer in the order form, the order itself will be cancelled and depositary and custodian fees will be charged to the customer.
